Rainbow in eye(changing eye color)

This is an exciting way to change eye color.By this method you can set any color to eyes of your 

choice.Like I have applied the rainbow effect to eyes.Firstly open up the image.Then add a new layer and enlarge the area of the eye, after that using the brush tool of suitable size put some round dots over cornea of different colors.Now, select the layer and apply gaussian blur to it from filters
