You can edit text in photoshop by converting it into shape and paths etc.Like i have first write the text
then I add liquify filter and stroke to it and then I have make a copy of layer then flip it vertical and then add black and transparent mixture of gradient from downwards to make reflection of it.I have also added chrome(like plastic coating) over it.You can also use plaster it is available in filters.
I have also made a simple looking text below you can also take this idea.
